We create personalized meal plans and provide online consultations for those looking to loose weight, improve their digestion, boost energy and performance, and overall eat heathier.

All Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

  • All prices are listed in Euros unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment is processed securely via our payment provider.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Delivery of Services

  • Digital products - meal plans are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery is usually within 24–72 hours after payment unless otherwise specified.

  • Online consultations are scheduled according to the customer’s booking in the calendar.

5. Refund Policy

  • Digital products and consultations are non-refundable once delivered.

  • If there are any issues with delivery or access, please contact us immediately at info@mealplansbyolivia.com and we will resolve the matter promptly.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our Services.

  • Meal plans are intended for general nutritional guidance and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific dietary needs or health conditions.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Reykjavík (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
