From Passion to Purpose

I used to be a football player and referee — someone who thrived on discipline, teamwork, and pushing limits. Today, I’m a busy manager in the fast-paced software industry and a devoted mom to three lively little kids.

 

Like many of us, I have a passion for healthy eating and living well, but between meetings, project deadlines, and the beautiful chaos of motherhood, I often found myself overwhelmed by the flood of conflicting diet advice, endless apps, and complicated meal plans that never quite fit my hectic life.

That’s why I created Eat. Lose. Repeat — to bring you meal plans that are truly tailored to you. Every plan is built around your unique goals, lifestyle, and food preferences — exactly what you tell me in the questionnaire. No cookie-cutter diets here.

 

My recipes are designed to be easy, quick, and enjoyable to prepare — even when life gets busy. And yes, I believe a healthy diet absolutely can include desserts! I’m here to help you feel healthier, more energized, and confident — with meal plans made for your real life.
